I Am Broken ( Photography and Quote)

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

“My husband beat me, threw me down the stairs, sat on top of me and choked me while I was pregnant. He sexually abused my child. Despite all the documented evidence, the judge gave full custody of my child to the abuser.  I am broken and they continue to break me.”

A Protective Mother’s Halloween Nightmare ( Photography and Quote)

u-m-halloween-nightmare_edited-3

“It was Halloween night. My children just left for trick or treating. A big container filled with candy was by my door. I was in costume ,excited for this fun Holiday. A knock on my door made me smile as I grabbed a big fistful of candy to give to the neighborhood children. I opened the door to 2 police officers who handed me a court order and took my children away to my x ‘s house. The judge’s surprise exparte order ,based on a bought fake evaluation, by my wealthy, corrupt x snatched my children on Halloween night. Halloween was truly my worst nightmare coming to life, and the  nightmare continues.”

When The Law Fails( Photography and Quote)

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

” I’ve had five children illegally taken.

These officials are even putting child abuse on my record when I didn’t have my children in my custody.

How does a mother protect her children when the laws fail ?

I can’t even protect myself. ”

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

” My ex-husband sexually abused my daughter. The court said there wasn’t ‘enough’ evidence, so I put a recorder in the overnight bag to get the evidence.

He took the recorder to the police and I was convicted of Felony Wire-tapping.

I am a felon and he still gets to see our daughter every week.”

“I Take Comfort in Knowing I Am Not Alone”, A Special Recognition (Photography and Quote)

Screen Shot 2016-01-17 at 2.27.43 PM

PMA International would like to take a moment to recognize the hero Protective Mothers who have bravely offered their support to fellow mothers, through our campaigns.

As a survivor of abuse and/or family court trauma, so often you are forced into silence… sharing your experiences and insights is not easy, but in doing so you have helped to raise awareness about family court injustices, and offered comfort to other struggling mothers.

One of these mothers is a valued PMA  International member who was so touched by a picture quote on our “Unstoppable Mothers” page, that she left this following response:

Everytime I hear another tragic story from a protective mom, my heart cries and my mind takes me back to a place my heart died. But I take comfort in knowing I am not alone.

PMA International has created the following heart stone picture to honor the Protective Mother who has shared this quote, and to honor the Mothers who have given so much in the fight to protect their children.

PMA International would like to thank all of you for your efforts and contributions to our continuing campaigns.

We look forward to more contributions from hero Protective Moms.

We Cannot Decorate Our X-Mas Tree Together ( Photography and Quote)

#2 What hurts you the most about not being in your child’s life

“It hurts me the most that we cannot decorate our x-mas tree together. I cannot make you hot chocolate, help you bake cookies for Santa or see your excitement as you try to go to sleep on x-mas eve and wake up at 4 AM with anticipation and innocent joy, as you rush downstairs to presents left under the tree. I AM YOUR MOTHER. Why does any Judge feel they have the right to take away a child’s mother!?”

#2 What hurts you the most about not being in your child’s life

“What hurts me the most about not being in my children’s lives;

Our tradition of going to our local library to see the Christmas Santa display.

Enjoying story time as we gather around the Santas to have the library storyteller read all the classic Christmas Stories to my children as they  and sit and snuggle on my lap.

Why are these tender milestone moments stolen from us by Family Court? These special moments between a mother and child can never be replaced.”
