I Am Broken ( Photography and Quote)

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

“My husband beat me, threw me down the stairs, sat on top of me and choked me while I was pregnant. He sexually abused my child. Despite all the documented evidence, the judge gave full custody of my child to the abuser.  I am broken and they continue to break me.”

Christmas in Supervised Visitation (Photography and Quote)

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

“The judge gave

sole custody to

my abusive ex,

who has a history

of drug & alcohol addiction.

One Christmas morning,

he was passed out on drugs.

He’d become angry & violent

if I tried to wake him

from his stupor.

So the kids and I spent

Christmas opening up

presents without him.

We learned to act like

nothing had happened

even as our hearts

were breaking.

Now I spend Christmas

in supervised visitation

after raising concerns,

and trying to protect

my children from abuse.

“Santa’s” gifts

were inspected by monitors

who took notes

about what was written

in holiday cards,

and documented our visit

as we awkwardly celebrate Christmas,

wishing we were home

and not in this awful place.”

A Protective Mother’s Halloween Nightmare ( Photography and Quote)

u-m-halloween-nightmare_edited-3

“It was Halloween night. My children just left for trick or treating. A big container filled with candy was by my door. I was in costume ,excited for this fun Holiday. A knock on my door made me smile as I grabbed a big fistful of candy to give to the neighborhood children. I opened the door to 2 police officers who handed me a court order and took my children away to my x ‘s house. The judge’s surprise exparte order ,based on a bought fake evaluation, by my wealthy, corrupt x snatched my children on Halloween night. Halloween was truly my worst nightmare coming to life, and the  nightmare continues.”

“Those Things Have Been Stolen From Me and Can Never Be Returned…” (Photography and Quote)

#2 What hurts you the most about not being in your child’s life

What hurts me most is missing out on mother/daughter milestones.

I was not there to buy her her first bra.
I was not there to help with her first period.
I was not there to help her get ready for her first school dance.
I will not be there for her first date.

Those things have been stolen from me and can never be returned.

#2 What hurts you the most about not being in your child’s life

“What hurts me the most about not being in my children’s lives;

Our tradition of going to our local library to see the Christmas Santa display.

Enjoying story time as we gather around the Santas to have the library storyteller read all the classic Christmas Stories to my children as they  and sit and snuggle on my lap.

Why are these tender milestone moments stolen from us by Family Court? These special moments between a mother and child can never be replaced.”

” What hurts me the most about not being in my child’s life- I miss going to the annual sand sculpting contest on the beach near our home. It was a tradition for us marking the end of summer vacation. Now if I try to go alone, I just cry.”

ALL I’ve Ever Been Is A Mommy ( Photography and Quote)

_Disbarred-Attorney_edited-1

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

“My ex is an abusive, alcoholic attorney, and I’m a house wife. The judge refused to review any of his 6 DV charges, and front page headlines for beating me. The judge also ignored the fact that my ex was disbarred. He’s not only taken OUR son but cost me my other son and  daughter from my previous marriage… I die a little more everyday without my babies. ALL I’ve ever been is a mommy.”

I Only Wanted To Be A Mom ( Photography and Quote)

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

” The judge gave custody of my babies to a man who threw me down the stairs and choked me. This is the destruction of love and family. I only wanted to be a mom, that is all I thought I could do and all I ever wanted. It was taken from me and here I am still alive, alone and my children alienated from me by my abuser. How is this possible? We need to protect women and their children.”

Halloween Without My Boo ( Photography and Quote)

#2 What hurts you the most about not being in your child’s life

“I could not go near my son on Halloween.
So I trick or treated with my son’s friends wishing he was there.
My son told me he didn’t go nowhere or get any treats.
Instead he had to listen to daddy fight all night with his new mistress.
I just prayed my son was aware that my heart
was waiting for him on that Halloween Eve.
I love you and miss you Boo.”

Someone Needs to be Responsible for the Harm Done to My Kids (Photography and Quote)

8years

#1 The most outrageous action a judge took in your family court case

“I reported sexual abuse of my son
and DCFS stated they do not
investigate sexual abuse
during divorces.

After a four year custody battle,
he was granted full custody
to abuse my children.

It has been eight years and
I have barely any relationship
with my children.

There needs to be someone
responsible for the
harm done to my kids.”
